TruBlue of Flower Mound helps older adults and families live more safely and comfortably at home. We provide home safety services, age-friendly home modifications, handyman support, and ongoing home maintenance solutions designed to support aging in place.
We are looking for a relationship-driven Senior Home Safety Outreach Liaison to help us build referral partnerships in the senior care and healthcare community. This is not a clinical treatment role. Instead, this position focuses on community outreach, referral relationship development, education, and helping connect older adults and families with practical home safety solutions.
Position Summary
The Senior Home Safety Outreach Liaison will develop and strengthen relationships with referral partners such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, home health agencies, discharge planners, case managers, senior living communities, social workers, elder care professionals, and other community organizations serving older adults.
This role is ideal for someone who understands senior care, values aging in place, and enjoys building trust-based community relationships. Occupational Therapist experience is preferred, but candidates with strong senior care, rehab, home health, or community outreach backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare and senior care professionals in the North Dallas / DFW market
Conduct in-person outreach visits to referral sources, community partners, and local organizations
Introduce TruBlue’s senior home safety services through presentations, meetings, and educational conversations
Help identify opportunities for home safety assessments, aging-in-place support, and home modification referrals
Attend community events, senior-focused programs, networking meetings, and outreach activities
Track outreach activity, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline progress in a simple and organized manner
Collaborate with the owner and team to refine outreach messaging, target accounts, and community partnership strategy
Support trust-building with families, professionals, and organizations by representing the company in a professional and ethical manner
Provide feedback on market needs, referral trends, and partnership opportunities
What This Role Is Not
This is not a direct patient care or clinical treatment role
This is not a home health, therapy, or case management position
This role does not involve clinical documentation or medical billing
This role must operate in compliance with employer policies, professional ethics, privacy requirements, and all applicable laws
Qualifications
Required
Experience in one or more of the following areas: senior care, healthcare outreach, rehab services, community relations, home health, social services, or referral development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
Professional presence and ability to speak confidently with healthcare and senior service professionals
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel locally within the DFW / North Dallas area
Preferred
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Experience in home health, rehabilitation, discharge planning, senior living, or aging-in-place services
Existing relationships within the local senior care or healthcare community
Experience giving presentations, leading educational sessions, or building referral networks
Bilingual ability is a plus
Compensation
Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified candidates and may include a combination of:
Base hourly or monthly part-time compensation

This person does not need to provide therapy in this role, but should be able to speak credibly with healthcare and senior care professionals and help position TruBlue as a trusted local partner.
