Role: Lead Home Service Technician in Chester County and Surrounding Areas
TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise with 150+ locations that provides trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families. With locations across the U.S., TruBlue is a leader in dependable, relationship-based home maintenance. We are launching in Chester County, PA on July 1, 2026.
This is a role for a skilled professional who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in work that makes a real difference.

What You'll Do

  • Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects
  • Conduct work in customers' homes with professionalism, cleanliness, and respect
  • Uphold TruBlue's high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
  • Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site
  • Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project

Common projects include:
  • Bathroom and kitchen upgrades
  • Drywall repair and patching
  • Flooring installation and repair
  • General carpentry
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Basic plumbing and electrical (non-licensed work)
 

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm and composed under pressure — you resolve situations rather than add to them
  • The kind of professional that customers — especially seniors — immediately trust
  • Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your clients
  • Holds yourself to a high standard on every job, regardless of who is watching
  • The desire and ability to learn and grow within the organization
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English
