We provide trusted handyman repairs, home maintenance, remodeling support, and home safety modifications that help seniors age in place and help busy families maintain their homes.

We are looking for a dependable Handyman / Home Service Technician Assistant who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a career in the home services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing local business from the ground up while receiving hands-on training and professional development.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
  • Support technicians with home repairs, remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications
  • Prepare work areas, organize materials, and maintain clean job sites
  • Load, unload, and transport tools and supplies
  • Learn proper use of tools, materials, and industry best practices
  • Assist with customer service and professional communication on job sites
  • Help deliver the exceptional service and craftsmanship TruBlue is known for

Typical Projects Include

  • Drywall repair and patching
  • Painting and touch-up work
  • Basic carpentry and wood repairs
  • Door and window repairs
  • Deck and fence maintenance
  • Bathroom and kitchen updates
  • Home safety modifications
  • General home maintenance services

Who You Are

  • Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Interested in carpentry, construction, remodeling, painting, or general home repairs
  • Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
  • Professional and respectful when interacting with customers
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Owns basic tools or is willing to acquire them over time (preferred but not required)
