TruBlue of Denver West is looking for a skilled Lead Home Repair Technician to help us build the most trusted home services company in the Denver metro area.
This is not an entry-level handyman position. We're looking for an experienced professional who can work independently, represent our company with confidence, and consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do
You'll perform a wide variety of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects while helping set the standard for quality across our team.
Projects include:
- Bathroom and kitchen repairs and remodeling
- Drywall repair, patching, texture, and paint preparation
- Interior and exterior carpentry
- Deck repairs and framing
- Door and trim installation
- Flooring installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs within scope
- Senior home safety modifications
- General home repairs and maintenance
You'll also:
- Complete projects with exceptional craftsmanship
- Diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work safely and efficiently
- Help mentor and support other technicians when needed
- Represent TruBlue professionally on every job
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and cares about doing things the right way.
You should have:
- 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or home repair experience
- Strong carpentry and general repair skills
- Experience with drywall repairs and finishing
- Experience installing doors, trim, flooring, and fixtures
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- A complete set of professional hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus but not required.
