We’re a fast-growing home service company expanding into HVAC and looking for a reliable, customer-friendly HVAC technician to join our team.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales environment. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants consistent, steady income with upside.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform basic installs and replacements
Communicate clearly with customers (huge priority)
Identify legitimate repair vs replacement situations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential HVAC (does NOT need to be master-level)
Must have EPA Section 608 Certification
Strong people skills (this matters more than being ultra-technical)
Reliable, professional, and shows up on time
Able to work independently
Pay & Benefits:
$22–$30/hr base (depending on experience)
Commission on repairs and installs
Bonuses for reviews and maintenance plans
Steady workflow (no chasing jobs)
Supportive, no-drama work environment
