Position: Home Service Technician / Handyman
Location: Tucson, AZ (and surrounding areas)
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time – Flexible Scheduling
Compensation: Competitive pay commensurate with experience and skills, plus tips from satisfied clients

What You'll Do:

• Handle diverse home projects: carpentry, drywall repair/patching, interior/exterior painting, minor plumbing/electrical, tiling, flooring, fixture assembly, and more.
• Manage jobs from small repairs to larger renovations with care, safety, and top-notch quality—always leaving the home cleaner and better.
• Assess client needs, communicate clearly, and follow TruBlue's proven processes while working independently in the field.
• Build trust with clients through patience, courtesy, and a calm, kind demeanor.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in home repair/handyman work (5+ preferred), with strong skills across trades like carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical.
• Your own reliable van/truck and full professional tool set (key for field efficiency).
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work, safety focus, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: kind, patient, respectful—great at easing clients (including seniors) and earning confidence.
• Valid driver's license, clean record, able to pass background check (we're bonded/insured).
• Physically fit for hands-on tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, varied conditions).
• Honest, reliable, self-motivated team player who enjoys variety and adapts well.
• Eligible to work in U.S.; fluent in English.
