TruBlue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for an Assistant Home Service Technician (Handyman/Handywoman/Contractor).

Role Overview We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Assistant Home Service Technician to join our team and help our customers live better at home. You’ll work alongside other Lead Technicians performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects—learning new skills along the way and pitching-in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks including:
Arrive on time, in uniform, carry tools, materials and equipment to and from job sites
Help prepare work areas and clean up after jobs are completed
Follow instructions and work safely at all times
Provide great customer service on-site, representing the company in a professional manner
Support other Technicians as needed
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and time spent on jobs
Ideal Candidate Profile
Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
Some hands-on home repair experience with basic tools
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques
Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
