What You’ll Do
Coordinate and adjust field technician schedules throughout the day
Communicate with customers and technicians and estimating staff regarding timing, updates, and changes
Make real-time scheduling decisions based on priority, location, and skill set
Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts in Housecall pro
Maintain accurate job details and updates in Housecall Pro
Support jobs by helping with material sourcing
Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
What Are We Looking For?
2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field
Experience with Housecall Pro or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure
Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well
Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently
Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
High school diploma or equivalent
