Appliance Repair Experience (Required)

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs
like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those

Appliance Repair Experience (Required)
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience and the ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs for the following household appliances without supervision:
- Dishwasher (including water leaks, drainage issues, heater or control failures)
- Food disposer (garbage disposal)
- Washing machine
- Clothes dryer
- Oven / range
- Microwave
- Refrigerator
- Accurately troubleshoot appliance issues
- Perform repairs safely and efficiently
- Replace common components and parts when necessary
- Test and confirm proper operation after repair
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- This role requires a technician who can complete appliance repair jobs independently, without escalation to third-party appliance specialists.

- Bathroom upgrades / remodel
- Drywall repair / patching/ caulking
- Flooring repair and installation
- General carpentry
- General home repairs and handyman work
- Kitchen repair / remodel
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Painting interior and exterior

- Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US and
