About Us:

We specialize in high-quality home improvement and repair services. While remodels are a key part of our work, we also handle siding repairs, custom deck builds, home safety modification for seniors, and a variety of repair and improvement projects.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, with extensive experience working on various construction projects, have great customer service skills, and be able to work with little to no oversight. 

Candidates who do well in this role typically come from backgrounds such as:

• Residential remodeling carpenter
• Siding installer or repair specialist
• Lead carpenter or experienced field technician
• Small-project remodeler
• Experienced handyman with strong carpentry skills

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential construction experience in remodeling, carpentry, siding, or home improvement work

• Experience completing general residential repairs and small remodeling projects

• Ability to work independently and complete projects without constant supervision

• Valid driver’s license

** Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check

• Provided by Company: Specialty tools required for specific projects.
• Employee Responsibility: Basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, tape measure, drill, etc.)
