TruBlue of Cuyahoga Valley is growing and we’re looking for a skilled Home Renovation Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our professional home services team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work on a variety of residential renovation and home service projects, including:

• Drywall repair, patching, and light finishing

• Interior painting and trim work

• Basic carpentry and fixture installation

• Bathroom and kitchen updates

• Flooring and tile repairs

• Door, window, and hardware installation

• General home maintenance and punch-list work

You’ll work both independently and alongside lead technicians to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Experience We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on residential construction or handyman experience preferred, including:

• Comfort with basic hand and power tools

• Ability to complete common home repair tasks with minimal supervision

• Understanding of jobsite professionalism and cleanliness

• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work

• Ability to problem-solve and communicate with team and clients

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset

• Dependable, on time, and team-oriented

• Willingness to continue learning and growing skills

Compensation & Growth

$24–$28 per hour starting (based on experience and productivity)
