As a national franchise with over 120 locations , TruBlue Home Service Ally is a leader in dependable, relationship-based home maintenance. We are seeking a Lead Home Service Technician who embodies innovation, craftsmanship, and community care.
This role is designed for a professional who doesn't just "fix things" but serves as a trusted ally for seniors aging in place and busy families across the west valley.
The Role: Lead by Example

- Mentor & Inspire: Lead, coach, and support your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mutual respect.
- Exceptional Service: Communicate clearly with customers, managing expectations on-site with the warmth and professionalism.
- Master Craftsmanship: Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance, ensuring every project meets our rigorous standards for safety and accuracy.
- Diverse Project Scope: Handle everything from bathroom and kitchen upgrades to drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, and interior/exterior painting.
- Technical Versatility: Execute basic plumbing and electrical tasks within a specified scope.

- Experienced Pro: You bring 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience to the table.
- Natural Leader: You have a track record of managing or mentoring others and prefer a role where you can help others grow.
- Problem Solver: You possess strong communication skills and the ability to find creative solutions to complex home issues.
- Reliable & Ready: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a full toolset to get the job done right.

- Authorized: You are fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S..
