This role is designed for a professional who doesn't just "fix things" but serves as a trusted ally for seniors aging in place and busy families across the west valley.

The Role: Lead by Example

What You’ll Do

  • Mentor & Inspire: Lead, coach, and support your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mutual respect.
  • Exceptional Service: Communicate clearly with customers, managing expectations on-site with the warmth and professionalism.
  • Master Craftsmanship: Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance, ensuring every project meets our rigorous standards for safety and accuracy.
  • Diverse Project Scope: Handle everything from bathroom and kitchen upgrades to drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, and interior/exterior painting.
  • Technical Versatility: Execute basic plumbing and electrical tasks within a specified scope.

Who You Are 
You are a seasoned pro with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping others live better at home.
  • Experienced Pro: You bring 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience to the table.
  • Natural Leader: You have a track record of managing or mentoring others and prefer a role where you can help others grow.
  • Problem Solver: You possess strong communication skills and the ability to find creative solutions to complex home issues.
  • Reliable & Ready: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a full toolset to get the job done right.
  • Integrity-Driven: You are committed to doing right by your team and your clients, upholding TruBlue’s purpose of making homes safer.
  • Authorized: You are fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S..
