Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Auto Body Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the auto body repair industry. The apprentice will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the skills required to repair and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with vehicle repairs, including disassembly and reassembly

• Sand, prep, and mask vehicles for painting

• Perform minor bodywork such as dent repair and filler application

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines

• Help with moving vehicles and maintaining shop flow

• Learn to identify damage and understand repair processes

• Support parts handling, labeling, and organization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Strong interest in auto body repair and automotive industry

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Good work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Valid driver’s license preferred
