What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver high-quality repairs and remodeling projects across multiple trades
- Coach, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro® technicians in the field
- Apply hands-on expertise across carpentry, drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation and repair, tile work, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)
- Communicate clearly with customers and manage expectations on-site
- Uphold TruBlue's standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism on every project
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in home repair, remodeling, or skilled trades
- Experience managing or mentoring other technicians (preferred)
- Skilled across multiple trades — carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and more
- Strong communicator and problem-solver who does right by both customers and team
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a full professional toolset
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
